Q: Can you ship to the United Kingdom/EU?
Due to VAT I cannot send merchandise to the UK/EU. You can proxy through a US buyer and have them send your order to you as an alternative.
Q: I moved/my address has changed/I entered the wrong shipping information!
If you had a change of address or put in the wrong info you can contact me through the contact link at the bottom of the page with your order number!
Q: How long will it take for my order to get sent out?
A: 1-2 weeks for domestic orders. Due to COVID and delays with USPS please expect packages to take a little longer to get to you. International orders may have more significant delays.
Q: Where is my order/Why does my tracking say ___?
A: If you've received a shipping notification please give it a day or two to update with tracking information. Once a package is dropped off at the post office and sent out any delays that may occur are completely out of my control. As a sender I only get the same exact tracking information as the recipient.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
If your order is not a preorder item and has not been shipped out you can cancel it at anytime.
Preorder items cannot be canceled/refunded.
Q: My item was damaged/lost.
A: If your item was damaged/lost I can offer a replacement depending on item availability(domestic orders only), otherwise I can issue a refund.
I do not issue refunds or replacements for items that are stolen/delivered to the wrong address.
Q: When will you be restocking ___ item?
A: To keep up to date with item restocks feel free to click the "notify me when restocked" button on the item listing.
Q: I have not received an order confirmation email.
A: Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders!
